Jimmy, the store owner with customers checking out some small home appliances.

Discount Home Improvement Supply (DHIS) was established in 2016. However, before that store owner Jimmy had started in his garage. As soon as the 3800 sq ft space became available close by, it was time to expand into the Discount Home Improvement Supply we know today.

At Discount Home Improvement we offer lots of brand new and brand new open box products well priced bellow 30% to 50% of retail value.

We have a wide selection of open box items, when you visit us, you'll be surprised by all the wonderful products you'll find!

We have tons of ceiling fans in different fnishes and sizes, these are fans that have been returned to major retail stores or simply never picked up. We have ceiling fans for outdoors, indoors, with remotes, lightkits and even smart ceiling fans. Whatever the specifications of your next fan are, we certainly will have something for you at a more affordable price than a big retail store.

While at Discount Home Improvement Supply we are a small business, we are also a proud authorized dealer for Daizuki Mini Splits and central AC units. These come in variaty of sizes, with Wifi, remote and heating options. We do not install, but we do know an installer that we recommed. When you get your AC installed professionally, Daizuki will activate your warranty, with a 5 year in parts and 2 years on the compressor. This is for Mini Splits. However for Central AC units the warranty is much longer. Our Central AC With Inverter 18 SEER comes with heat and has a manufacturers warranty of 5 Years. And our Central AC 14 Seer also come with heat and have a 10 year warranty.

ACs and Ceiling fans are not all we do, many customers know us for those two ticket items. But we have much more! We have a great selection of lamps. We have Artika chandeliers, JONATHAN Y table lamps, pendants and muh more.

Our solar light department couldn't be complete without our Tommy Bahama lights and our Sunforce security lights.

However if you want to take security to the next level, we have some fantastic wired smart security cameras and flood lights by Feit Electric. We also carry small appliances like ovens and air fryers and items to improve your kitchens and bathrooms like sinks and faucets.
